On Sunday (23), “Mad Men” star January Jones shared an Instagram story criticizing United Airlines after her flight was delayed by 16 hours.

“Do better,” wrote actress January Jones in her Instagram story after her United Airlines flight was delayed by 16 hours and 25 minutes. She posted a photo of herself lying down at the airport using her suitcase as a pillow.

January Jones also questioned whether a Secretary of Transportation still existed, possibly referencing the government department cuts made by Donald Trump.

She tagged United Airlines and said: “A few $15 vouchers won’t cut it. Our 7:30 PM flight from yesterday still hasn’t left.”

January Jones did not provide further updates on her trip. A United spokesperson said Jones’s flight was operated by SkyWest, a regional airline.

SkyWest issued a statement saying, “A new aircraft has been assigned and we are working to get passengers to their destination as quickly as possible.” The delay was reportedly due to a mechanical issue with the plane.
