It is believed that up to 11 people have died and another 65 are injured following a massive explosion at a fireworks factory in Harda, in the state of Madhya Pradesh, India, as ambulances and Army helicopters rushed to the scene.

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said several people had died. It is estimated that 50 ambulances were dispatched to the scene along with Army helicopters.
Videos on social media show huge flames and a tower of smoke rising above the site. The cause of the fire is not yet known.
Surviving victims were rushed to a nearby hospital where they received urgent medical treatment. A factory official from the Harda district told The Sun: “We have 65 injured admitted here and we have referred another 10 to big hospitals.”
