A popular YouTuber posted a video of herself and her father flying just days before the two died in a tragic plane crash.
Private pilot and YouTube star Jenny Blalock, 45, and her father James, 78, died when Jenny’s 35-year-old single-engine Beechcraft crashed on Thursday (7) near Pulaski, Tennessee, around 11:15 a.m. (local time), reported the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
Just days before the fatal accident, Jenny, who also managed two businesses, posted the video with her father testing a Cherokee 180 airplane for a friend on her YouTube channel TNFlygirl.
In the video, Jenny takes her father on a trip from Knoxville to Lexington, Kentucky. At one point during the flight, Jenny reads instructions from a notepad and asks her father to read the text messages received while navigating the flight path to Knoxville and later landing.
The Blalock family stated in a release: “We would like to thank the community for their outpouring of love and support for our family during this unimaginable loss of two precious members of our family, Jenny and Jim (Buck) Blalock.
