
A passenger who survived the emergency landing of Delta Air Lines flight 4819 in Toronto, Canada, recorded a chilling video showing the plane upside down.
On Monday (17), a Delta Air Lines aircraft was forced to make an emergency landing at Toronto Pearson International Airport. Stunning footage recorded by a survivor has gone viral on social media.
The video shows flight 4819’s plane turned upside down after crash-landing on the runway with a terrifying explosion.
“Most people are okay, we’re all getting out, there’s a bit of smoke here,” exclaims the passenger in the snowy environment. He reported being safe in the caption.

The flight was departing from Minneapolis, USA, carrying 76 passengers and 4 crew members. All were safely evacuated; 18 sustained injuries and received medical assistance.
Investigations have not yet determined the cause of the emergency landing.
“The hearts of the entire Delta global family are with those affected by today’s incident at Toronto Pearson International Airport,” said Delta Air Lines CEO Ed Bastian in a statement.
“We are very grateful there were no fatalities and for the relatively minor injuries,” said Deborah Flint, CEO of the Greater Toronto Airports Authority.
