Canadian TikToker Emily went viral after sharing her near-death experience on a 13-hour flight to Dubai.
Emily, a 33-year-old Canadian TikToker, shocked her followers when she explained how she nearly died on a 13-hour flight from Toronto to Dubai.
After 10 hours of flight, Emily got up for the first time to go to the bathroom. While waiting for her turn, she reported feeling a sharp pain in her chest and remembered coughing three times before passing out and hitting her head on the floor.
“I was unconscious for five minutes,” said the TikToker, who had a black eye and other facial injuries from the fall.

After the scare, she was taken to business class by the flight attendants and a doctor. “I was vomiting a lot, sweating,” she added.
Upon arriving in Dubai, Emily was diagnosed with a potentially fatal blood clot affecting both lungs. “It’s essentially a miracle that I’m still alive,” she celebrated.
The doctors who examined the case believe she developed this condition from remaining immobile for too long on the plane, along with the effects of hormonal birth control.
“Please get up and move around during flights,” warned the TikToker.
