A video shared on social media shows the moment when the aircraft makes a small explosion noise and a flash fills the cabin, possibly from flames in the engine.
“On Sunday, our flight from Denver to Edmonton (UA2325) safely returned to Denver to handle a possible wildlife collision,” United Airlines said.
The airline stated that the plane returned to the gate and the 153 passengers were rebooked onto other flights.
