A retired police chief from California was deliberately run over and killed while riding a bicycle in Las Vegas by a laughing teenage driver whose friend can be heard saying “yeah, hit that b…”.

Andreas Probst, 64, was killed after being struck while going out for a morning bike ride around 6 am on August 14, according to Las Vegas police.

The unidentified 17-year-old Hyundai driver was arrested by the police shortly after, The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported.

The teenager was charged with homicide after the police discovered a video posted on social media that allegedly showed him deliberately assaulting the man.


This weekend, the shocking footage went viral on the internet, showing the driver asking his friends “ready?”, while the passenger films, laughing.
